Lisette Elhayani

Co-Founder // CEO // Exec Experiential Director

An award-winning experiential director with 20+ years of experience turning big ideas into moments people actually feel (and don’t forget).

She has led the design and production of B2B and B2C experiences for global brands including Netflix, Nike, Spotify, NBA, Nickelodeon, Tatcha, DreamWorks, Delta, and more. Her work spans trade shows, product launches, mobile tours, pop-ups, general sessions, galas, dinners, and movie premieres—blending strategy, storytelling, and seamless execution at every scale.

A Moroccan-Jew and first-generation Angeleno, Lisette leads with heart, intuition, and the Yallah hustle—building experiences rooted in culture, connection, and a commitment to doing things the GOOD way. She’s known for making the impossible happen, assembling the right teams, and keeping it fun along the way.

Turning “what if” into “that was GOOD.”

Powered by GOOD energy, laughs, pickleball wins, pug snuggles, Mother Nature and the belief that everything is better with the right sauce.

Powered by Swedish meatballs, good design, and a suspicious amount of hot sauce & humor.

Amy Von Rosen

Exec Production & Design Director

Amy is a builder at heart. With a background in interior architecture, starting off her design career with an award-winning firm in Vegas, she has 20+ years turning big ideas into real, tangible experiences and environments. She’s led hundreds of projects for brands like Maxim, Goldman Sachs, MIT Media Lab, CAA, Netflix, Spotify, Paramount+, just to name a few.

She’s known for living at the intersection of creativity and execution. Leading every phase from concept to completion with a sharp eye, a love for emerging technology, and a belief that the best experiences live somewhere between play and precision.

Amy’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in early, turning her parents’ house into a haunted experience and charging the neighborhood kids admission was no surprise to anyone.

At the end of the day, she’s still the kid who’s building and experimenting, just with slightly bigger budgets.

Powered by curiosity, nature, motherhood, shamelessly incorrect song lyrics, an unreasonable amount of mangos, and a GOOD heart.
