MGM // Licensing Expo
// Las Vegas
-
Making a first impression on the Licensing Expo floor is no small feat—especially for a legacy brand like MGM Resorts International stepping into the space for the first time.
The goal: create a booth that felt sleek, modern, and timeless—while delivering high impact and staying mindful of budget.
-
We brought that vision to life through a bold yet strategic design approach. Towering 16-foot lightbox walls anchored the space, creating an unmistakable “Vegas wow” moment while thoughtfully defining private meeting areas within an otherwise open, inviting layout. The result was a seamless balance between visibility and functionality—drawing attendees in while supporting meaningful business conversations.
The experience celebrated both past and future—highlighting MGM’s current and upcoming titles on the exterior, while paying tribute to nostalgic, iconic properties within the more intimate meeting spaces. A dedicated check-in and information hub ensured a smooth guest journey, while the overall flow of the booth encouraged exploration without congestion.
And of course, no MGM moment would be complete without a little edge—enter the unforgettable killer clown photo op, which became an instant attendee magnet.
One of the key design challenges? Transforming unavoidable structural columns into cohesive elements within the environment. Through intentional space planning and visual integration, we turned potential obstacles into part of the story—proving that constraints can still lead to standout creative.
A debut presence that didn’t just show up—it stood out.
